The Tibia Bot

Your guild's level-ups and deaths, enemy logins, who is online, and respawn claims, posted right in your GameVox server. Members link their Tibia characters to GameVox, so everyone can see who is who.

What It Does

Built by GameVox, hosted by us, free to install

Guild Feed

Level-ups (from a minimum level you choose), deaths with the killers tagged as guild, ally or enemy, members joining or leaving, and world transfers. One combined message a minute at most, never a flood.

Enemy Alerts

Add enemy characters or whole guilds. The bot posts when they log in and when they die. Mark an enemy as priority and a role of your choice is mentioned the moment they come online.

Live Online List

One message the bot keeps editing: your guild members online, with the GameVox member who plays each character, plus allies and enemies online.

Respawn Claims

A live board for hunting spots. Claim one with /resp, queue for a taken one, get pinged 10 minutes before your time ends, and the next in line gets it automatically. Optionally, a claim ends when its holder has been out of voice for 5 minutes.

Verified Characters

Members link their characters in GameVox and prove they own them with a code on tibia.com. The bot can then give guild members a role and set their nickname to their main character's name.

Tibia Tools

Look up characters and guilds, recent deaths, a war tally, the boosted creature and boss, where Rashid is today, party share range, experience to a level, and loot splits from the Party Hunt Analyzer.

How It Works

Public tibia.com data, never your game client

1

Members link their characters

In GameVox, Settings > Game Addons > Tibia, a member enters a character name and gets a code like GameVox-AB12CD. They put it in the character's comment on tibia.com, press Verify, and can remove it again afterwards. If GameVox sees you are playing Tibia, it offers to link the character you are logged in as.

2

The bot reads tibia.com every minute

It reads your guild's page (every member's level and online status), the world's online list for listed enemies and allies, and character pages for deaths, through the TibiaData API. tibia.com updates every few minutes, so posts follow the game closely but not instantly.

3

It posts in your channels

Events go to the channel you choose, the online list and the respawn board are single messages the bot keeps up to date, and members use slash commands anywhere the bot can see.

Nothing touches the game

The bot only reads tibia.com's public community pages. GameVox never reads the Tibia client's memory, never injects anything and needs no addon, so there is nothing for BattlEye to object to. Linking only notes the name in the game window's title.

Setup Guide

For server owners and admins. Takes about two minutes.

1

Add the bot to your server

Press Add to Server, sign in to GameVox, pick your server and approve. The bot asks to manage roles (for role and nickname sync) and messages (to pin its live messages).

2

Choose your world, guild and channels

Open Server Settings > Integrations, click the Tibia bot and open its Settings tab. Enter your world and guild, pick a channel for events and one for the online list, and choose what gets posted. The same tab sets the guild member role, nicknames, the enemy alert role and respawn claims. Prefer chat? /tibia-setup does the basics.

3

Allow the commands

Commands start out allowed for no one but the owner. On the bot's Commands tab, allow each one for the groups that should use it, for example /resp for every member and /enemy-add for officers.

4

Add enemies, allies and respawns

Use /enemy-add and /ally-add for characters or whole guilds, and /respawn-add for your hunting spots. Then ask your members to link their characters in Settings > Game Addons > Tibia.

Good to Know

Is it allowed under the Tibia rules?

Yes. It only uses the same public pages anyone can open on tibia.com. Nothing runs inside or alongside the game.

Why is a post a few minutes late?

tibia.com itself updates every few minutes, and deaths only appear on a character's page. The bot checks every minute, so it posts as soon as tibia.com shows the change.

Can someone link my character?

Only by putting their code in your character's comment, which needs your Tibia account. If a character is sold on the Char Bazaar, the new owner can verify it and it moves to them.

Does it cost anything?

The bot is free. Like any app, it counts toward the number of apps your server can have on its plan.
